Service and Maintenance: Does your system incorporate backup for Service and Maintenance into the future? If it is as good as they say, then why not?
System Guarantee: A tier 1 quality system should have product and system guarantees backed by a credible, reputable, customer-focused, establishment that cares.
Design: How does the System Design meet consumption requirements?
Who do you call when something goes wrong? Is there a phone number that works, a team that responds, a division that delivers the support needed
